LOUISA OVERNIGHT PART‑TIME CAREGIVER

Pay: $14.50/hour Schedules Available: Part‑time: up to 31 hrs/week Requirements: Valid full Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration to transport clients. Must be available to attend 2 weeks of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Shift Details: We do not offer traditional Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include: 16‑hour overnight shifts (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM), weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday), varying hours depending on staffing needs. What You’ll Do Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
