Schedule

Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed 37.5 guaranteed hours per week Every other weekend required Floating required within the same facility

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Active CNA license in the state
• Up to date resume with 1+ years of experience in a long-term care (LTC) facility
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Current BLS certification
• Driver's license with address matching demographic details
• Experience with EMR: PointClick Care
• RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Document patient care activities as required
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
