Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Our organization, a comprehensive hospital and emergency care facility located in El Paso, TX, is on the lookout for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Surgical Ortho Trauma unit within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Coordinate nursing activities and support clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote professional development.
- Assist in managing workflow, educational initiatives, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Experience in surgical or trauma nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead nursing staff effectively.
