Job Description Executive Technical Support Analyst There is an immediate need for a sharp Technical Support Analyst to join a 1st class organization. Required Skills 3+ years of technical support experience Experience supporting Executives and their staff Windows support MS Office support Active Directory Able to image/configure an out-of-the-box PC Software and hardware support Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm or until our CEO leaves the building, and 1 Saturday a month for about 8 hours Ability to work flexible hours as needed and be on call or work some weekends Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must own a reliable vehicle Must be able to transport IT equipment between offices Must be able to use your cell phone for work calls and texts Ability to pass a complete background check and drug test (excluding marijuana) Responsibilities Provide Technical Support to our Executive Team and Corporate HQ Teams Approximately 60% of the time will be spent on in-person support and 40% on phone support The typical hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm or until our CEO leaves the building, and 1 Saturday a month for about 8 hours Once a year, you may travel out of state to support the board meeting Triage Level II and Level III Incident and Service Request tickets Troubleshoot and resolve Incident tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware and software Resolve Level l Incident and Service Request tickets Validate with internal customers that the Incident or Service Request has been resolved and update the ITSM ticketing system. Rotate on help desk, taking calls, emails, and chats from all of our offices This is an immediate need, and the contract is through December 31st with a potential option to extend or convert (no guarantees).You will support our Corporate HQ staff and Executives and another office. Both offices are in Duluth. You also may help our other Atlanta offices during projects or provide PTO coverage. Sometimes, there is project work where you may have to travel to another state to assist. You must be able to work flexible hours as needed and be on call or work some weekends.
