As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal Specialist, you will assist attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient and timely progression of the different stages of pre-litigation. Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation process

Communicating with treating doctors and medical providers

Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

Assisting attorneys in pre-litigation activities

Identifying, researching, and analyzing relevant laws and legal issues

Tracking case progress and deadlines and updating attorneys accordingly

Utilizing case management software and database systems to organize and manage case information

Our ideal candidate will have three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential qualities for this role. We value results-oriented individuals with a proactive approach to case management and the ability to handle large and complex caseloads.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
