Data Entry Clerk

Accurately enter patient demographics, doctor's notes, clinical information, insurance details, and medical codes into EHR and practice management systems Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to data entry Update and maintain electronic records, correcting errors and duplications as needed Work closely with clinical staff, billing teams, and administrative personnel to resolve data discrepancies We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
