The Ultrasound Tech performs Ultrasound exams on patients as ordered by physicians in an ethical and professional manner. Assists in all aspects of the Radiology and Ultrasound Department.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:
\ N Education / Skills Required:
\ N - Must be registered by theAmerican Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in any of the following disciplines: Abdomen, OB/GYN or Vascular.
\ N - Requires sufficient sensitivity and interpersonal skills in dealing with apprehensive patients and family in a professional and compassionate manner.
\ N - Requires positive and effective communicating skills for interaction with physicians and staff in any situation.
\ N - Requires the ability to think and act quickly in order to deliver efficient quality care in a variety of stressful situations.
\ N - Must maintain a working knowledge of all ultrasound equipment.
