About the Role:

The Vital Stretch in Solon, OH is looking for a passionate and skilled Stretch Practitioner to join their growing team! In this hands-on role, you'll help clients move better, feel better, and live better through the power of assisted stretching. If you love helping people reach their wellness goals, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals
• Assess client flexibility, mobility, and range of motion to develop personalized stretch plans
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and proper body mechanics
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and loyalty
• Track client progress and adjust stretch techniques accordingly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements:

• Background in fitness, personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, flexibility, and assisted stretching techniques
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, kneel, and assist clients physically throughout the duration of shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others thrive
