Responsible for processing bi‑weekly payroll for Facilities Management and other units in the OVCAS. Assist in batching, punching, and scanning of daily, weekly, and bi‑weekly timecards in a timely and accurate manner. Work with staff to determine the need for payroll adjustments, complete the adjustments, and monitor their application. Comply with all Human Resources and University Payroll System policies and procedures. Prepare basic payroll and expense reports as needed. Duties & Responsibilities Process the payroll for approximately 1,100 employees through batching, punching, and scanning of daily, weekly, and bi‑weekly timecards. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Illinois Residency is required within 180 days of employment.
