Responsibilities The NOC Engineer will provides frontline operational support for client network and telecommunications services. Responsibilities Monitor environments using client approved tools Acknowledge alerts and create ITSM tickets Perform initial troubleshooting using SOPs Escalate incidents as required Maintain accurate ticket documentation Support major incident communications Contribute to reporting and knowledge updates Qualifications Associate’s degree (preferred), or minimum 4 years of experience in a technical role (preferred).
