Verification Specialist

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Verification Specialist to collect personal and professional reference information from candidates and rental history information from landlords. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills who is comfortable making calls, sending emails, documenting information, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Temporary Assignment Key Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls and send emails to professional and personal references to obtain candidate information Contact landlords to obtain rental history information for tenant verifications Maintain professionalism during calls and all internal and external communications Follow company standards and guidelines to ensure accurate and high-quality results Handle escalated cases and follow up when additional information is needed Accurately document information collected during calls and other communications Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and verification information Ask appropriate follow-up questions to obtain complete and accurate information Review and verify collected information for accuracy and completeness Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards Qualifications At least 6 months of previous customer service or call center experience Professional verbal and written communication skills Excellent active listening skills with the ability to accurately capture information Ability to navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately Strong typing and documentation skills ( 40 WPM or higher ) Strong grammar and spelling skills Strong judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and complete assignments accurately and on time Persistent and comfortable asking appropriate follow-up questions What We Offer Pride Global offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity) 401(k) retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal support services Auto, home, and pet insurance options Employee discounts with preferred vendors More about us: Russell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
