Physician Assistant

Come join our team as a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) at Community Health Services- 2221 Hayes Avenue, Fremont! This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate PA, who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients--including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a family practice setting.

$120,000 base salary, no RVU's and paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.

What You'll Do: Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- no weekends. Perform adult and pediatric assessments. Communicate clearly with providers, patients, and CHS staff. Follow-up on lab and diagnostic testing. Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For: Graduate of a current accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program. Current license to practice in the state of Ohio as a Physician Assistant (PA). Current Basic Life Support Certification. Minimum of two years as a PA preferred. Knowledge of documenting with EHR. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to critically think and problem solve. Reliable, professional, and compassionate.
