Job Description

The Client Services Representative provides customer support by problem solving, troubleshooting, and responding to external or internal user requests via phone, chat, or email.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, emails or messages from clients, providing prompt, professional and accurate responses to inquiries, educating clients on company offerings, investigating and troubleshooting client problems, concerns or complaints, maintaining accurate client records and databases, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining knowledge base, meeting performance targets, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying escalation.

Required Skills

Required skills include ability to work in an inbound/outbound call center environment, strong time management and organizational skills, proficiency in M.S Office Suite, excellent written, verbal and telephonic communication skills, and being detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks or projects.

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
