Project Manager

Provides professional management and coordination of all aspects of a project including engineering, production and installation. Focuses on project schedules, budgets, systems and managing expectations of internal and external customers to ensure a successful project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Startups / Closeouts Project Accounting and Contracting Scheduling Quality Control Budgeting Customer Service Trade Coordination with our subcontractors Team Management including coordination with the Site Manager, safety, accounting and other departments to facilitate a cohesive team. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Stays abreast of business opportunities Maintains positive relationship with current and prospective clients Education / Experience Requirements Construction experience and/or degree in Construction Management or related degree 4+ years Project Management experience Demonstrated success leading and mentoring teams Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent documentation and organizational skills Proven computer skills and experience in Excel and Word Experience with accounting / database programs is helpful Business Acumen Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job. May be exposed to extremes of heat and cold as well as certain unsafe environments; occasionally works near moving equipment and mechanical parts, heavy machinery, lasers, powder-actuated tools, and electrical equipment; possible exposure to fumes or airborne particles; possible exposure to internal liquids. This is a safety sensitive position where a momentary lapse of attention can result in serious injury or death. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally very loud.
