You will collaborate closely with referring providers and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care and monitor patient progress.Patient caseload typically consists of scheduled one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions across a steady, outpatient schedule. While exact volumes can vary by clinic and season, the environment is designed to support appropriate productivity while maintaining strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient License and OP experience are required.
