ProgressiveHealth is hiring a regular PRN EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic to join our onsite health team at an H-E-B distribution facility in San Marcos, TX. This isn't your average medic role, you'll be part of a fast-moving team focused on emergency response, injury prevention, and keeping employees healthy and safe on the job. If you're passionate about patient care and thrive in dynamic settings, we'd love to have you on board.What will you be doing in this role?Respond to emergency medical situations on-site according to established protocolsProvide injury care, medical triage, and escalation to higher-level care as neededConduct safety checks and report health and safety concerns to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S) teamMaintain and inspect emergency medical equipment to ensure functionality and readinessPerform drug screenings and other health surveillance procedures as requiredCollaborate with medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and occupational health programsAssist in documentation of medical care provided, ensuring accuracy and confidentialitySupport clinical staff with follow-up careCommunicate effectively with internal teams and the client about ongoing health initiatives and employee health updatesMaintain proper inventory of medical supplies and ensure all equipment is stocked and operationalOther duties, as assignedThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
