Position Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 6:30 pm to 7:30 am shift (12‑hour). Full‑time or part‑time. $3,000 sign‑on bonus and pay incentives available for hires between March 3 2026 and March 31 2026. Duties and Responsibilities Distribute medications. Document resident progress. Observe patient conditions. Monitor and provide quality care. Assist in promotion and departmental growth opportunities. Requirements Current licensure in good standing in the state of practice and any other state where the license is held. Pass Level 2 background screening. Pass drug screening.
