Join Our Opening Team! Paris Baguette is bringing its signature bakery café experience to Alpharetta, and we're looking for passionate Bakers to help us launch our newest location. As a Baker, you'll play a critical role in delivering the fresh breads, pastries, donuts, cakes, and desserts that make Paris Baguette a neighborhood favorite. All Bakers will complete paid training at an existing Paris Baguette location prior to the grand opening. Candidates must be available to travel to the designated training café during onboarding. Our values guide everything we do: Have Heart – Bring care, effort, and pride to your work Spread Joy – Create products that brighten our guests' day Nourish Community – Help build a café people love Rise to the Occasion – Take ownership and strive for excellence What You'll Do Prepare and bake breads, pastries, donuts, cakes, and desserts according to Paris Baguette standards Follow production schedules to ensure products are available throughout the day Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently Perform production tasks including scaling, shaping, proofing, decorating, and finishing products Monitor product quality, consistency, appearance, and freshness Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Rotate ingredients and products using proper storage and labeling procedures Complete production logs, waste tracking, and inventory documentation Communicate equipment, maintenance, or supply concerns to management Support fellow team members and contribute to daily production goals What We're Looking For 1+ year of bakery, food production, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of baking techniques and recipe execution Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Paris Baguette?
