Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or until cases are completed

Position Overview

JR Enterprise, LLC is seeking qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide comprehensive anesthesia services at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The CRNA delivers safe, effective, and patient-centered anesthesia care across multiple clinical settings while working within a medically directed, team-based model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and risk assessments
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage physiological responses
• Perform post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure safe recovery
• Support airway management and respond to emergencies as needed
• Perform peripheral intravenous line placement
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques, including nerve blocks
• Provide services across operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and other procedural areas
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Practice Environment

• Team-based anesthesia care model under anesthesiologist supervision
• Care provided across operating rooms and procedural areas including endoscopy
• Focus on patient safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted CRNA license in any U.S. state or territory
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
