Advanced Manufacturing Plant ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Plant Managers to lead operations at advanced metals recovery facilities. These plants combine industrial manufacturing, advanced automation, and AI-driven sorting technology to produce high-purity recycled aluminum alloys. The Plant Manager will lead the safety, operational performance, production output, and continuous improvement efforts for the site while helping scale a rapidly growing industrial technology company. This is not a traditional aluminum smelter or foundry. The process is closer to advanced materials sorting and upcycling. They are essentially building next-generation metal recycling plants.
