This position is open to all candidates, including Locum or Traveling professionals.Position Highlights:Logistics: Contract Type: 1 base year with 2, 1-year option periodsSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (MST)Location: 1400 E. Listen attentively to questions and confirm understanding by restating to the caller. Collect adequate information before transferring a call to nurse, provider, social work, etc.Check-in of all patients via Integrated Scheduling Solution (ISS).Serve as Patient Relations Representative and actively listen to feedback, patient concerns, and can self-resolve patient complaints/co-worker concerns in a tactful, professional manner.Manage and complete assigned work, provide input on work progress and/or impediments, work collaboratively, and maintain efficient workflow.Update patient demographics, to include phone number, address, next of kin, emergency contact, and insurance capture.Assist in opening and closing clinics daily, updating no-shows within 24 hours of appointment.
