Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Alaska state license is required to start the position.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience managing or working in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.Experience with hospital-based clinic operations, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team participation.Demonstrated ability to support departmental financial viability, including optimizing revenue streams and managing expenses.Willingness to participate in community and workforce development initiatives, and to support corporate compliance and reporting requirements.Benefits:Relocation assistance: $15,000 for individuals, $20,000 for families.Sign-on bonus: $25,000 for a three-year agreement.Eligibility for retention bonus.Position Details:City: Bethel, AK.Facility type: Assisted Living Facility.Shift: Days.
