We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. We have multiple direct-hire Physical Therapist opportunities available across a variety of locations and clinical settings , including outpatient, inpatient, rehabilitation, home health, and specialty care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs and established plans of care
  
  
• Monitor and document patient progress
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  
  
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  
  
• Promote patient safety, mobility, independence, and quality of life
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  
  
• Current or eligible state Physical Therapist license
  
  
• CPR/BLS certification as required
  
  
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  
  
• New graduates may be considered for select opportunities
