The Retail Store Manager oversees the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage inventory, and a focus on creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff activities
- Lead, train, and motivate store employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
- Achieve sales goals and manage budgets
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
