Retail Store Manager

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Store Managers for our locations in Kansas City, Overland Park and Lee's Summit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources providedNegotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumenManage store budget, including expenses and revenueOversee inventory control and ordering processesSupervise shift management and ensure smooth store operationsRecruit, train, and develop store staffEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresHandle stock management and merchandisingConduct regular performance evaluations for staffIdentify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customersClose sales and generate intake receiptsAdminister all aspects of online transactions including packaging and shippingRequired:Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment.Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situationMust be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering the final records of purchase.Punctual, get it done upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor.Must be able to follow protocol and procedures.Professional appearance.Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus.Understanding of popular second-hand online auction sites, and the ability to reference/search completed listings of products quickly.2+ years of sales and customer service experience required1+ years of management experience requiredMust be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours.
