We’re looking for a smooth-talking, adaptable communicator to join us during our evening hours to connect with eligible members in key regions (like Arkansas, Indiana, and Georgia). Your mission: explain this incredible $0-cost benefit, turn cold/warm leads into active patients, and schedule their first virtual dermatologist appointment.

This isn’t a robotic cold-calling gig—it requires sales finesse, deep empathy, and creative problem-solving.  

• Chaos level: We are growing fast and testing things daily
• The Workflow: Right now, we’re managing lists in Google Sheets while transitioning to new software—you need to be cool working through tech upgrades and shifting processes
• The Script: We give you a script, but we treat it "as a guide." You need to think on your feet, build genuine rapport, and adapt on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Outreach with heart : Contact eligible population-based members via phone, text, and email to introduce this new healthcare benefit.
• Sales Finess & Persuasion : Listen carefully, ask smart questions, highlight the unique $0 cost convenience of the benefit, and guide patients to schedule
• Data & Tracking : Keep candidate records updated accurately in Google sheets (and our new EMR/CRM platform as we roll it out)
• Provider Prep : Coordinate with our virtual dermatology care team to ensure seamless patient hand-offs
