As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential administrative support to senior leadership, playing a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and executive effectiveness. This position requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics with precision Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, financial documents, and other materials using Microsoft Office tools Serve as a gatekeeper by reviewing incoming communications, prioritizing requests, and directing them appropriately Handle and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails, calls, and other communications Maintain and organize corporate records, documents, and filing systems Draft responses to routine inquiries and follow up on action items as needed Coordinate all travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and support meeting execution Perform general office management duties, including supply ordering and basic bookkeeping tasks Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service while maintaining confidentiality at all times Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree a plus 5+ years of executive administrative support experience at a senior leadership level Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Access experience a plus Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently Expertise in managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings and travel High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
