Base annual salary range from $150,000 to $175,000, a monthly incentive bonus plan averaging $1,000 to $1,500, plus phantom equity, which gives total potential annual earnings of over $200,000! Comprehensive benefits include medical and dental coverage, three weeks of paid time off, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability. Generous retention bonus of $10,000 to $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement.
