Job Summary An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality optometric care and patient services. Work under the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours negotiated with the Subleasing doctor. Practice Benefits Professional autonomy to care for patients. Full scope of practice based on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas). Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule. Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment. Some offices may offer access to Revolution EHR software and technical and pre‑testing support. Automated online appointment book and patient recall system. Compensation & Benefits Salary is based on experience. Schedule is part‑time. Pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a first‑class total rewards package.
