We help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing dependable, non-medical in-home care.We're looking for a motivated, business-minded Agency Manager to lead our South Hill/Mecklenburg location. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while leading a team, building professional relationships, and driving the growth of a local agency.We're seeking someone who takes initiative, leads with confidence, and understands that a successful agency doesn't just happen—it grows through purposeful marketing, strong relationships, great service, and accountability.What You'll DoDrive business growth: Develop community relationships, market our services, cultivate referral sources, and identify opportunities to grow our client base.Lead and develop your team: Oversee office staff and field personnel, support hiring and retention, provide training, and maintain accountability for performance.Manage daily operations: Oversee client admissions and discharges, caregiver scheduling, staffing coverage, payroll verification, billing, and required reporting.Maintain compliance and quality: Ensure agency operations meet applicable regulations, company policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.Own agency performance: Partner with corporate leadership to meet budget expectations, strengthen staffing, improve operational results, and support the long-term success of the branch.What We're Looking ForPrevious management or supervisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead people and manage day-to-day operations.A business-development mindset and the confidence to market services, build professional relationships, and generate new business.Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and accountability.A valid driver's license and a positive, verifiable work history.Experience with Medicaid-funded home care is a plus!
