Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to property management and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or property concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity at gates and/or access points, verify visitor information when required, and help follow community access procedures. Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations in written reports and relay important updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
