Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.20 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for unusual activity, assist with visitor access procedures, and report maintenance, lighting, and property‑related concerns through established channels. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, maintain awareness of site conditions, and support daily operations in accordance with Allied Universal standards and client‑specific expectations. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
