Corrugate/Trash Warehouse AssociateLocation: Goodyear, AZ Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm Overtime: Required as neededJob Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking Corrugate/Trash Warehouse Associates to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by collecting, sorting, and disposing of corrugate, cardboard, trash, and other warehouse materials.Key Responsibilities:Collect and remove corrugate, cardboard, trash, and other waste materials throughout the warehouseSort and organize corrugate and recyclable materials in designated areasOperate trash and cardboard compactors or balers as trained and authorizedTransport materials using carts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipmentKeep warehouse aisles, work areas, and designated disposal areas clean and organizedMonitor trash and corrugate areas and remove materials as neededFollow proper procedures for recycling, waste disposal, and material handlingLift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds as requiredFollow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company proceduresWork overtime hours when required to meet operational demandsRequirements:Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferredAbility to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periodsStrong attention to safety and cleanlinessReliable attendance and punctuality are essentialAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentEnglish proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is requiredWillingness to work overtime as neededWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay at $16/hourConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleOpportunities for overtimeSupportive team environmentHands-on warehouse experienceOpportunity to grow within the companyApply today to join a team that values safety, hard work, cleanliness, and teamwork!
