What You'll Bring:
- A valid and current Florida RN License.
- At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing experience.
- Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's.
- Level 2 Background screening- More information can be found at:
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Updated TB/PPD.

- Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs.
- Administering medications and treatments, anticipating patient needs, and making recommendations to optimize their well-being.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and collaborating with our in-office case managers.
- Empowering patients and their families with essential health instructins, coaching, and counsel.
