Job Description

First-Shift Lumper – Loading and Unloading

Partners Personnel is hiring dependable Lumpers for a warehouse facility in Keasbey, NJ.

Location: Keasbey, NJ
Shift: First shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $17.07 per hour
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
Language: English is not required—Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome!

Job Responsibilities

Manually load and unload trucks and containers
Move, sort, stack, and organize merchandise
Place products in the correct warehouse locations
Inspect shipments and report damaged products
Wrap, label, and prepare merchandise for storage or shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

Loading and unloading experience is preferred but not required
Must be able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse products
Must be available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Must be available to work weekends
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Spanish-only speakers are encouraged to apply
