Rehab Director Opportunity

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Augusta, WI. The Clinic Director/Physical Therapist will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, coordinate rehabilitation services, and provide clinical leadership for an outpatient therapy clinic. The position offers a flexible schedule.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with a degree appropriate to the discipline.
• Active state license required to start in the appropriate discipline.
• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or therapy setting preferred.
• Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring clinical staff preferred.
• Experience developing therapy programs, clinical pathways, or outcome-driven treatment plans preferred.
