What You'll Do

Assemble parts and equipment following quality standards and work instructions

Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively

Complete sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within production timelines

Rotate through different workstations and gain experience across the production line

Learn and develop blueprint and schematic reading skills

Inspect products, identify quality concerns, and report issues

Record measurements and production-related information accurately

Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes

Move materials, components, and finished products as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support team operations and grow into advanced production responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks

Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the shift

Basic math and measurement skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing or production experience

Assembly or warehouse experience

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
