Solution Architect - Healthcare

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to design and review enterprise-level solutions within the healthcare domain. This role ensures that all proposed architectures align with enterprise standards and strategic goals, while delivering scalability, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define and implement robust solution blueprints. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles and business objectives. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution blueprints and architectural models. Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations on build, buy, or partner strategies. Ensure solution designs meet performance, security, compliance, and availability standards. Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and provide architectural guidance to project teams. Create and maintain architecture documentation including diagrams, risk assessments, and decision logs. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in IT solution design and architecture. Proven track record in designing complex enterprise systems. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare delivery systems and understanding of regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of application architecture, data architecture, and system integration. Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud-based and hybrid solution design. Ability to assess technical feasibility and guide platform decisions. Effective communication skills for presenting architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled in design thinking, solution modeling, and decision-making frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Exposure to Agile and SAFe methodologies.
