Billing Clerk

Now Hiring For An Indianapolis Billing Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Process basic billing for warehouse and tank wash services
- Maintain customer and shipping location information
- Prepare daily billing reports and invoices
- Support invoice printing, posting, and mailing
- Provide backup support for imaging and reception
- Handle incoming packages and billing mail
- Prepare weekly commission reports
- Assist with phones and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong data entry and general office skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with reports and basic calculations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Prior billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Transportation or logistics experience is a plus
This position is in-office, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
