Our commitment to organizational effectiveness, clear communication, and safety enables us to be the preferred source of nursing and long-term care in the communities we serve.Job Type: Full-timeEmployee Benefits PackageComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance$100/month company contribution to an HSA accountDaily Pay Option401KEmployer paid life insurance 1x annual salary up to $100kPaid Time Off & FlexibilityGenerous Paid Time OffPersonal Day BenefitGuidance and assistance from a dedicated regional teamAs an Assistant Director of Nursing Services, you will:Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in maintaining quality care standardsCoordinates plans for the total care of each resident which comply with physician’s orders, governmental regulations and facility resident care policies.Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing staff, and monitors staff practices and implementation.Participates in all admissions decisions, and may visit prospective residents before admissions, as needed.Participates in daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or resident complaints or concerns.Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision as evidence by adequate services and staff coverage, absence of odors, general cleanliness, prevention of pressure wounds, and apparent maintenance of optimal resident functions.Demonstrates knowledge of and application of Key Clinical Quality Indicates and proactively monitors and implements systems to achieve and/or surpass company thresholds.Assume DON responsibilities during their absenceProvide 24-hour "on call" service for emergenciesEstablishes and manages goals and objects for the nursing department through analysis and strategic planning consistent with the company mission.Understands and affects the role of the nurse leader with staff through effective team building motivation, change management, efficient time management, delegation, stress management and effective and timely communication.Facilitates collegial relationships among nurse managers and other healthcare professionals.Requirements :RN licensed in Missouri5 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferredLong-term care experience requiredAt least 2 years in a nursing supervisory roleCurrent BLS/CPR certificationReliable transportationIf you're a dynamic nursing professional ready to lead and drive change, apply today!
