Clinical Role:

• Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Background in spine, orthopedics, or pain management preferred, but open to other clinical backgrounds
• Reason for need: clinic growth
• Start date: ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p with a 30-minute lunch
• Weekdays only - no call responsibilities
• Outpatient clinic setting
• No pain medications prescribed or refilled
• New graduates welcome with strong nursing or clinical experience
• Must be comfortable evaluating patients of all ages with limited pediatric exposure
• Responsibilities include new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Future procedural involvement may include:
  • Ordering epidurals
  • Facet injections
  • Radiofrequency ablations (RFAs)
  • Trigger point injections
  • Joint injections
• Training provided for procedural involvement
• Strong physical examination skills required
• Ability to interpret imaging studies and correlate findings with treatment plans is essential
• EMR system utilized at the site
