What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and cellular therapy procedures
• Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
• Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
• Support management of transplant-related complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR/EHR systems

What You Need

• Board Certification in Physician Assistant (Required)
• Missouri State License
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
• Strong clinical skills in hematology and cellular therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
