About the role We are a division of Adecco Group, a global HR solutions provider. As an Executive Recruiter you will manage the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level candidates for a variety of clients. What you’ll be doing You will execute end‑to‑end recruiting activities, focus on existing and new clients, interview candidates, match them with opportunities, and support them through the hiring process. About you Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability, team‑player, technically savvy, passionate about helping clients and candidates, driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit, ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model, exhibit honesty, helpfulness, human connection, and hopeful spirit.
