Join Us as a Center Administrator The Center Administrator role is responsible for the coaching supervision of employees within the centers. This role is intended to provide direct support to BTs and RBTs on a day‑to‑day basis. What You’ll Do Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA clinic Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment for all staff. Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment. Coordinates new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training. Coordinate with intake department regarding capacity. Employee coaching, supervision, management. Manage staff and family complaints. Coordinate related services (Speech and OT). Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program. Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs. Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions. Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages. Call families to cancel sessions, if needed. Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are being followed. Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback. Create and maintain employee retention programs. Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree Preferred Previous experience in an administrative role Previous experience in an ABA Clinic Must have 2 or more years leadership experience Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation Work Location & Hours: This is a full‑time, on‑site position in our Owings Mills, MD location. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $60,000–$68,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
