The Opportunity
BigHorn Roofing is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Roofing Account Executive who wants to focus on what they do best — closing deals, building relationships, and making money.
This is NOT a door-knocking grind.
We are one of the only roofing companies in Utah providing our sales team with a consistent flow of fully qualified warm leads. Our lead generation system is producing more opportunities than our current sales team can handle, and we need another high-performing closer to help us keep up with demand.
If you are an experienced roofing sales professional tired of spending your days chasing cold leads, knocking doors, or generating your own pipeline, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run qualified company-provided roofing appointments
- Perform residential roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
- Build trust with homeowners and provide exceptional customer experience
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contingency agreements when applicable
- Manage customer communication from inspection through signed agreement
- Collaborate with production and operations teams for smooth project handoffs
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates
Ideal Candidate Background
- We are specifically looking for candidates with:
- Roofing sales experience
- Insurance restoration experience
- Residential construction sales experience
- Strong closing ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Candidates who understand roofing inspections, storm damage, and homeowner education will excel in this role.

- Proven roofing sales experience preferred

- Ability to confidently run in-home appointments
