Clinical Director (BCBA)Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days) Setting: OutpatientJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the clinical and operational functions of our ABA clinic in Charlotte, NC. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality ABA services, supervising clinical staff, and supporting positive outcomes for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with leadership, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, BHCOE quality standards, and funding source requirements while fostering a positive and supportive clinic culture.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA therapy services within the clinicConduct behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, and other standardized assessmentsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and positive behavior support plansSupervise and mentor RBTs and clinical team membersMaintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and state regulationsAnalyze treatment data and make evidence-based clinical decisionsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team membersProvide monthly educational opportunities and support for families/caregiversSupport staff development through training, feedback, and performance managementUtilize electronic medical records and practice management systems (CentralReach preferred)Participate in leadership meetings and clinic development initiativesQualifications & ExperienceCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationActive North Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensureCompletion of the BACB 8-hour Supervision CourseMinimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBAExperience in clinic-based and/or home-based ABA settingsExperience supervising and mentoring RBTs and clinical staffExperience in a Clinical Director or leadership roleExperience using CentralReach or similar EMR/practice management platformsStrong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilitiesCompensationBonus opportunities availableRelocation assistance and/or sign-on bonus may be available based on individual circumstancesBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with 3% employer matchPaid Time Off (PTO)10 Paid HolidaysFlexible scheduling for medical appointmentsFree Continuing Education Units (CEUs)Career growth and leadership development opportunities
