Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately processing incoming shipments, verifying product quantities, maintaining receiving records, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation. Inspect deliveries for accuracy, shortages, damages, and discrepancies. Accurately enter receiving information into warehouse and inventory management systems. Maintain organized receiving records and supporting documentation. Communicate shipment discrepancies and product issues to warehouse management and purchasing. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely processing and proper product storage. Support inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting. Follow company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Perform additional warehouse administrative duties and related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications Previous receiving, inventory control, or warehouse clerical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office; experience with inventory management systems preferred. Ability to read and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
