Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for an exciting travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role offers a dynamic work environment in both acute and long-term care settings, allowing you to engage with a variety of patient diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, and Respiratory Failure. The position requires expertise in ventilator management and other respiratory care protocols.

- Perform patient assessments and provide pulmonary hygiene
- Utilize advanced equipment like HAMILON VENT, SERVO-U VENT, and NKV330
- Manage airway devices and perform suctioning
- Assist with extubation, nasal, and oral airway placement
- Administer oxygen therapy and nebulizer treatments
- Troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and wean patients from mechanical ventilation
- BLS and RRT certifications required
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- New York State license required
- Experience in adult critical care and emergency department required
- EPIC charting system experience is mandatory
