Workers Compensation Claim Representative

Managing moderate value claims, the full-time Workers Compensation Claim Representative II will handle various coverage types, conduct investigations, maintain customer contact, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Key responsibilities Perform timely claim tasks and document files to ensure fair resolution in accordance with legal requirements Verify coverage and evaluate subrogation potential by gathering necessary information for informed decision-making Conduct thorough investigations and analyze claims to formulate action plans based on damages and injuries Required qualifications Minimum of two years of commercial insurance and/or claim handling experience Completion of courses in designations such as INS or AIC is preferred Ability to obtain and maintain state adjusting license requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and/or commercial insurance experience Additional training in commercial insurance, medical, and/or building terminology is desirable
