Seasonal Landscape Laborer

Overview Silo Ridge Field Club is seeking seasonal full-time Landscape Laborers to join the Golf Course Maintenance Department. Employment dates are February 20, 2026 – November 20, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available. Shift hours are 40 per week, with multiple shifts offered; typical window is 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday. This role will be located at Silo Ridge Field Club, 4651 Route 22, Amenia, NY 12501 (Dutchess County). Key Responsibilities Mow, edge, and fertilize grasses. Perform general landscaping tasks such as mulching, weeding, planting ornamentals, trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees. Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants. Water lawns, landscapes, and gardens. Assist with irrigation repair and drainage installation. Participate in department set-up activities, including changing hole locations and tee markers. Ensure all end-of-day tasks/closing procedures are completed in compliance with department SOPs. Report safety or maintenance issues to the Department Manager. Attend department meetings and training as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to operate golf course machinery such as push rotary mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, utility vehicles, and riding mowers. Valid United States driver’s license (or international equivalent) and ability to operate vehicles. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to work shifts longer than eight hours. Ability to follow oral and written directions in English. Ability to work in a team environment and operate in a safe, professional manner at all times. Ability to stay calm and focused during peak times. Physical ability to meet the demands of outdoor work in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, and moving for extended periods and lifting/carrying items sometimes over 50 pounds. Ability to learn and navigate the property to complete assigned tasks. Benefits Pay range: $21.31 - $23.00 per hour, with overtime available at $31.97-$34.50 per hour, based on hourly rate.
